Bookings

We have for hire:

The Sharland Hall which includes a large stage, the Pig and Whistle Lounge - suitable for small meetings and a computer room.

There is a well equipped kitchen that can be accessed from both the Sharland (main) Hall and the Pig and Whistle Lounge.

Hirers may book the whole hall or individual rooms.

Under the new licensing regulations, the hall now has a full license for a bar selling alcoholic drinks. Please make further enquiries from our bookings secretary.

The management committee has decided to cap current hire rates until the end of the current financial year - inspite of the increases in energy costs.

NOTE: The Kitchen hire in only applicable when the hire of the whole hall is not required

Non – locals are hirers who reside outside of the 4 communities:-
Oake, Hillfarance, Heathfield & Hillcommon

The computer room hire fee is £25 per hour.

We also offer concessions to regular users, local residents and users who 'block book' sessions.
